HR and Operations Executive, Ho Chi Minh City Teaching Centre (VIE-1357)

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will need to:

- ensure a high quality of HR services to teaching staff as well as to maintain smooth daily teaching operations

- provide HR and operations support to the Teaching Centre (TC) in order to deliver business and impact targets, and support sustainable growth

- carry out HR coordination activities under the guidance of Country HR Manager and TC HR/Operations Manager, primarily with the aim of ensuring accurate, on time and adequate arrangement for TC personnel of the centres.

- carry out tasks related to TC operations in order to ensure teaching operations run effectively. 

Examples of your day-to-day work will include:

- Following up with recruitment team on the offering process, and coordinate the communication with new teachers, including but not limited to welcome letter/email, guidance on pre-arrival tasks, guidance on work permit and visa application documents, collection of documents for work permit/visa purpose, hotel and pickup arrangement 

- Coordinating arrangement of teacher performance including the collection of review reports, preparation of consolidated reports for moderation panels, the arrangement of moderation meetings and issuance of final reports, filing all the teacher performance documents. Arrangements made follow the deadline required for the performance cycle.

- Managing arrangement of departure flights, support of baggage transfer and communication of general arrangement for leaving teachers. Assist with budgeting and monitoring of costs

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

- have least two years of full-time experience handling HR and administrative duties in a multi-cultural working environment

- have experience working with expats and handling paperwork that is essential for the hiring of expat staff

- have an undergraduate degree and be able to speak and write fluently in both Vietnamese and English

Sales and Customer Management Assistant, Hanoi (VIE-1339)

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will need to:

- Provide support to the Branch Sales and Customer Management team in sales and after-sales activities

- Answer first-tier sales enquiries via telephone, email or via face to face consultations

- Be involved in customer care and support and cashier duties including processing all kinds of payments at the Front of House from the customers of Teaching Centre and issuing VAT invoices, being in-charge of processing the financial phases of the Teaching Centre’s tuition fee refund/defer/transferring requests from customers in terms of financial supporting documents

- Prepare registration letters and complete paperwork for events

- Coordinate with the Teaching Centre Admin Executive to deliver administrative tasks at the centre such as room booking, ordering stationery as required and preparing lockers for new teachers

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

- possess an Undergraduate Degree

- have excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese

- have at least 1-year of work experience in a cashier or admin role

- If you have the above mentioned experience as well as the experience of working with children and/or experience of planning, organisation and delivery of activities for children, you will be a preferred candidate.
